The main ingredients are our beloved spruce tips and king bolete mushrooms (the giant cousin of porcinis). Lovingly foraged, come rain or shine, for all your savory needs. We start with a good balsamic vinegar, add in some honey and locally-foraged, wild blueberries, then reduce it until it is just right. This is wonderful on your favorite salad fixings, pizza, and fruity ice cream. Yum! |  Rose Petal JellyMy love is like a red red rose... Okay, so it's more of a pink, but it is definitely a reason to write poetry. Born under the warm Alaskan sun to hang with the bees and flourish beneath the trees, these lovely, delicate petals burst with a flavor that has you dreaming of romance. Baguette, brie, rose jelly...now that is something to write about. |
